To provide our core service, we store:
- Website names, business information, and settings you enter
- Section content (text, HTML, CSS) you create or AI-generate
- Images you upload to our storage
- Published HTML files deployed to Cloudflare Pages
- SEO metadata (page titles, descriptions)
- Form submissions sent through contact forms on your published website
1.3 AI Generation Data
When you use our AI features, your prompts and business context (name, type, city, tone) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate website content. Please do not include sensitive personal information in AI prompts. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy.
1.4 Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or any payment credentials on our servers. We receive from Paddle only: your subscription plan, subscription status, and a Paddle customer ID for reference.
1.5 Usage and Technical Data
We may automatically collect:
- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited and features used
- Device type and operating system
- Error logs and performance data
- Timestamps of account activity
1.6 Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in (managed by Firebase Authentication). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may prevent you from signing in.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted third-party service providers, strictly to operate the Service:
Firebase / Google Analytics (Google LLC)
Authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, and usage analytics. We use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect anonymised event data such as page views, sign-ups, and feature usage — no personally identifiable information is sent in these events. Your account data and website content are stored on Firebase infrastructure. Location: United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cloudflare, Inc.
Your published websites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered via Cloudflare's global CDN. Images may be stored in Cloudflare R2 storage. Location: Global CDN.
Anthropic PBC
Your AI prompts and business context are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate website content. Anthropic does not use your prompts to train their models (under their API terms). Location: United States.
Paddle.com
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance. When you subscribe, you enter a direct payment relationship with Paddle. Location: United Kingdom / Global.
Vercel, Inc.
The EasyWebie platform application itself is hosted on Vercel. Server-side request data passes through Vercel infrastructure. Location: United States.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of EasyWebie, our users, or the public.
4. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Website content: Retained while your account is active. You can delete individual websites at any time.
- Published sites on Cloudflare Pages: Removed within 7 days of account deletion or site deletion.
- Form submissions: Retained until you delete them or delete the website.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
- Logs and analytics: Retained for up to 90 days.
5. Your Rights
For All Users
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Portability: Request an export of your website content.
- Objection: Object to certain types of processing.

7. Children's Privacy
EasyWebie is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
EasyWebie is operated from India and uses service providers in the United States, United Kingdom, and globally. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and certifications such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
